Easing back into exercise
Despite my best intentions I’ve let exercise fall by the wayside, to my detriment. I’ve kept up with walking, however my squatting strength and flexibility has noticeably waned.
Tonight I thought to grab the resistance bands and try mocking up some rowing exercise. I like rowing as it allows me to work both arms and legs without worrying about balance/falling down.
I just did 5mins to start, but even that felt good (some time) afterwards. I may try for small rowing breaks a few times per day, and figure other exercises I can weave in.
