The thing about MS symptoms is that they can be so mundane, and so same as stuff you’ve lived with for so long you consider it normal, that it’s hard to realise when there’s probably something MS related going on.
Lately when I do a chore that used to be just a bit strenuous, by or before ending it I’m fatigued and losing muscle strength/control (particularly in walking). The fatigue is so powerful and sudden I often go straight to the couch afterwards and sleep for an hour.
I’ve just assumed it’s something to do with the MS, but maybe it’s more specifically something to do with body heat. I’m considering whether some wearable that can monitor my temperature would be accurate enough to give me early warnings of this, so that I could just head it off.
