Some days I feel fairly good, some I just feel weaker/more foot drop/more spastic. Why? Why? I’m not sure, but can drive myself around the bend trying to analyse it.
It could be that it’s a colder day, and my job involves a lot of sitting in front of a computer. It could be that I’ve got some niggling time pressures in the back of my mind, defying my best efforts to ignore it and tell myself I’m not stressed. It could be that I’m coming down with something and becoming heat affected. It could even be that I’m having a relapse, or at least my current symptoms are acting up for some mystery reason.
It doesn’t take long, just a few hours at being worse than (my new current) usual, and the doubts start in. And I’m not naturally a stressed person, and I have a supportive family and workplace. I can only imagine trying to go through this without anyone.
